Dismounting procedure of knurling wheel:
♦ Put the end of the minus screwdriver into the groove on the surface of the fastening nut, unscrew the fastening nut anticlockwise and then pull out the knurling wheel and clean lubricant of every parts.
Dismounting procedure of in-out driving level of knurling wheel:
♦ Dismount the lower fastening nut of the sprocket (anticlockwise), dis-mount the sprocket (anticlockwise). Dismount the outer mould of knurling, pull out the middle axial system, this moment you will see a round pin near the big disk, take out the round pipe to dismount the driving level of the knurling wheel.
Dismounting procedure of lower mould of paper cup rolled rim:
♦ Dismount the lower fastening nut of the sprocket (anticlockwise), the sprocket (anticlockwise) and the upper fastening nut (anticlockwise) to pull out the middle axial system, and then dismount the parts of the middle axial system.
♦ Dismount the locking bolt to take down the whole cup mould, then unscrew the fastening nut (anticlockwise) to dismount its parts.
